If you’d like to be featured on an episode of soul sessions please fill out our form below with the relevant information, links and contact details.

Please note that due to the high amount of submissions we receive we’re only able to respond to submissions of interest, and so there’s no need to submit multiple entries for the same artist.

What Happens After You Submit Your Music for Soul Sessions?

  • A: After you submit, our team at HXTZ Records will review your submission. We carefully listen to each entry to determine suitability for Soul Sessions.

  • A: No, our team will select and focus on reviewing only one song from your submission for potential inclusion in Soul Sessions.

  • A: If your song is selected, you will receive a "Congratulations" email. This email will contain all the details regarding your performance opportunity.

  • A: Selected artists will have the exciting opportunity to perform live at Nivessa Records, located on Hollywood Blvd in Hollywood, CA.

  • A: Yes! Our personal band will learn your selected song before the shoot/show date.

  • A: Absolutely. A rehearsal will be scheduled to ensure a smooth and polished performance.

  • A: Yes, there is a production fee of $300 per artist.

  • A: The $300 production fee covers a comprehensive package, including:

      • The live band

      • Audio engineering

      • The performance space at Nivessa Records

      • Professional photography

      • Professional videography

      • Editing of the final episode

      • Advertising and promotion of the episode

  • A: Your episode will be exclusively featured and heavily promoted across all of our social media platforms.

  • A: Yes! Each featured artist receives behind-the-scenes (BTS) content, photos, video, and episode snippets for their personal use. You are encouraged to post this content on your own social media platforms.
